It’s still summer in a few fading patches here in Horton. But the slide into leaf fall is gathering pace. The equinox is here and winter is afoot: time to dig out the wellies and waterproofs; time to light the fires; time to pause for a moment and consider – what has come to fruition in the past few months? What have I done that is worth harvesting?
In no time at all there will be clouds on my breath, but that’s okay; Winter brings its own joys.
